Asset address or coordinates, asset type (roof, facade, solar array, tower, bridge, agricultural field), approximate size, the question you need answered, and any timeline or access constraints. The more specific you are, the more accurate our quote.
We do not add excessive mobilization fees inside the state. Long-distance jobs (e.g., the Outer Banks or far western mountains) may include a modest travel allowance, which we will quote up front.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. For post-storm and infrastructure-critical inspections we will do our best to accommodate after-hours requests subject to crew availability and safe flight conditions, but we cannot guarantee a fixed response window.
