Based in Winston-Salem, we provide thermal roof, facade and solar inspections for commercial property owners, facility managers and maintenance teams across North Carolina, including central and western NC. Travel is subject to project scope.

Scope: Tell us the property address, asset size, access constraints and your concern—roof capital planning, envelope performance, solar maintenance or post-storm documentation. We agree on coverage and reporting before scheduling.
Capture: We review airspace, permission, weather and site safety. Roof thermography generally needs an evening cooling window; facade and solar inspections require different conditions. Unsuitable conditions may require rescheduling.
Report: Current thermal deliverables are paired RGB and radiometric thermal imagery, an annotated PDF report and qualified observations for follow-up. Infrared alone cannot confirm moisture, its cause or a repair requirement. Thermal orthomosaics, stitched thermal elevations and 3D thermal models are not standard offerings.
